Frame does have a delay issue.
But due to the cost issues involved, Frame is the better alternative.
Frame is also very easy to administer.
Once you have one Frame location, adding PVCs+DLCIs is a breeze.
Takes only minutes to complete.
Are you able to do that with ISDN?
If you are, I wish ISDN was available here!
