Yes, they have the bigger dictionary in the latest non-public beta
ComOS'es.

The first thing I would check is the baud rate on your serial ports of
each PM. Having them 38.4 or 57.6k on one PM and 115.2k on another can
make a noticable difference in ping rates. Make them all 115.2k.
Also, don't worry about the PM causing the slow down.. they function just
as fast with similar ping rates no matter how many users are on them :)
