You don't need to be 'next to' a pizza parlor for screwed up results;
all it takes is one inattentive novice user hiring a novice consultant
to do an ISDN config. The consultant hired by one of our usersw left
his router trying and failing to dial in DOV:
1. router dials
2. router tries to talk DOV to a modem
3. router gives up and hangs up
4. PM syslogs call-circuit-closed termination
5. go to #1

Once a minute, round the clock, for days - 17,000 calls
