I was told that a PM3 without modems can do any combination of 46 data or
DOVBS calls. However, if you have any modems in the box then it can only do
DOVBS calls up to the number of modems installed. I.E., if you have a PM3
with ten modems you can do 46 64k data calls, but only 10 DOVBS calls.
Is that true?
