(PM) More on syslog

Still not recieving anything from the PM's on terminate causes. We do get
auth: notices from the PM's in our /var/log/messages so I know syslogd is
accepting information from the PM's, just not any terminate cause messages.

I have rebooted one of the PM's (well actually two, a PM3 and PM2) to no
avail, still no entries in the /var/log/pm_term file.

Anybody running BSDi 3.1 that will share with me their /etc/syslog.conf
file, and what options you are using in your /etc/rc script to invoke syslogd?

I'd like to get this working so I can contribute to this thread of
"Comparitive v.90..." and since I'm installing a TC/HiPer system to run
along side my PM gear.
