The free servers have nothing to do with RABM nor PA. Those are commercial
products independent of the PMs.

Last I heard from Carl he was going to try to get 2.1 out this month. The
hold up has been that he's been very busy editing the recent raft of RADIUS
Drafts for the IETF. 2.1b6 doesn't have any major flaws, a couple of small
things to be fixed and it is done.

RADIUS 2.1 may well be the last release of the free RADIUS server, depending
on what happens with the RFCs. As long as there are no fundamental changes,
which is unlikely, anything else would just be dictionary additions.
