(PM) our PM3 disco stats

fwiw, I'm throwing in my $0.02 worth of disconnect reasons from 4 PM3 POPs
(PM3, 3.8.2, SW Bell CT1s) over the past ~10 hours.. will post again when
I have a full day or two worth of data.

The number of "port errors - unknown state" seems extrordinarily high
compared to other's results I have seen, and does not seem to have any
kind of explaination on the Livingston Termination Causes document.

Any clues or am I just blessed? :-/
