Well the first thing I would do is to have the customer go over all of his
TCP/IP setting and make sure that their is no type of setting conflict.
If it is just happening to this one customer you can perty much bet it has
to do with his configurations. You might also want to have him try to
connect staticly to see if it is his software haveing a problem
communication loading a negotiated IP.....

I can ping him from

Try to traceroute to him if you can. If you can check the default route
back to your IP address. If you cannot... Make sure that a summerization
of the IP address for the PM4 is being broadcasted by OSPF or RIP ( God
Help You!!!) {DOUBTFUL THIS IS PROBLEM IF OTHER CUSTOMERS ARE WORKING}

The problem is not with his account, because I can log

Let's see if this is working when you dial in... then the problem is
probably on the customer side inbetween the chair and the Keyboard....

Their is a lot of different setting possiblities I guess we need to know
a little bit more about the problem. Now I have also seen where a 16 bit
dialer program was effecting some DNS entry, but again that was with a
customer running 3.x.x
