If you can use his account dialing into the same PM I would look from some
conflicting settings in his TCP/IP setup. Specifically look for gateway and
local IP address. If it's 95 you can do an:

netstat -nr

at the command prompt and see what routing looks like. Also winipcfg will
give you his TCP/IP settings that are active. Look for multiple interfaces
and IP Address being assigned.
