Of course, if you store a set of counters you can display the
difference. So RESET COUNTER stores all the counters and SHOW COUNTERS
shows the difference between the stored value and the current value. NO
big code changes here people. Not like you have to find every place
that increments a counter and make two. Just store the old value.
Naturally you can also display something like

Last clearing of "show interface" counters 2d08

which is, of course, from another company.

Hopefully this will get pushed up the RFE tree a bit faster.
