Hello Scott
You can get the PM3 to dialback to both NT and Win95.
What you cannot do is get a PM3 to dial into an NT server running RAS, with
the PM3 acting as the client.
NT Server RAS is brain dead, It negotiates Authentication in LCP wrongly.
For dialback to Windows 95 and Windows NT, you need to set "Bring up
terminal window after dial"
Then you type in the user/password at the prompts.
Do not put a username and password into the location.
You set up a user on the PM3, then set the user up to be a dialback user,
and point it at your location.
