You can attach to the PM3 Modem, and type AT and get OK back.
You can also do ATDT123444 and dial out, and a few other AT commands.
Not a hugh AT command set, but it does accept AT.
You can set the PM3 to listen on ports (say 6000) and if it receive a telnet
to that port it passes all traffic to the PM3 Modem. Where you can make
outgoing ISDN PRI calls using V120 or Anolog. Incoming does not work.
