(PM) telnet socket (fwd)

Once upon a time Carmine Cozzolino shaped the electrons to say...

1. You cannot issue AT commands to PM3 modems.
2. There is only ONE PM-3 telnet socket - port 23 by default. That's
the admin login.
3. Please RTFM, you should have known this.
