It's unlikely that that particular port would get called when the rest
of the PRI is empty. Our PRI's fill up in order. That particular port
reports Lost Carriers all the time and I've debugged it and don't even
see calls coming in on that port (though i didn't test it extensively).

But I still believe one shouldn't use the "Lost Carriers" from the
syslog to guage how many disconnects they get. If the user doesn't get
connected all the way, even if it isn't a ComOS bug, it may be someone
simply calling (as you said above) with a voice line, etc.

It's too bad 'show s*' doesn't show the last number which tried to call
the line, it would sure make my life easier.
