A debug on the pm3 shows this:

S40: Sending Call Request - 6048060270
S40: Received Disconnect Clear User Busy (B7 ID:8029)
S40: Redialing at alternate 56Kbps rate

how do I put in the phone number string of the second B-channel for a
given location in the location table of the pm3? Should I even have to?
