(PM) ADSL on a PM3

I spoke with some Lucent folks at ISPF and was told that the PM3
was capable of doing ADSL over a GTE Frame circuit. It wasn't clear
if this was a service unique to GTE or if other telcos can do it as
well e.g. PacBell. Is anyone here doing ADSL on a PM3 and if so what
was involved in setting it up?
