Just got a call from a customer that has Davicom 56K modem and they said in
the last 2 days they have suddenly gotten disconnected - they'll be online
for a matter of minutes and then dropped. What I can't understand is how it
can be related to our end when it's just happened in the last couple days
and we have made no changes... but I'm open to anything.
Anyone dealt with these modems and if so, run into this issue, and if yes,
have a fix for it?
