"49666" is a v.90 connect.

Here's the breakdown, as far as I know:

v.90
Anything ending in 333 or 666 or any multiple of 4000

k56flex
mutliples of 2000

EITHER v.90 or k56flex (can't be certain)
56k, 52k, 48k, 44k, 40k, 36k, etc.
