The WinNT box is not dialing in. The box dialing in is a Win95a machine. It
is logged onto a WinNT domain via ethernet. This Win95a box wants to dial
out to the PM to get e-mail while still logged onto the WinNT domain.
Thomas suggested a PPP debug and I'm going to try that next. Problem is
being in 2 places at the same time.
