I don't think this is ncessarily a memory leak. Overtime the PM will
allocate 'shelfs' in memory. That's this stuff:
2832:1 4240:3 96:1 1152:2 640:2 144:0 2048:1 64:0 112:0 80:2 176:8
128:13 272:4 16:88 32:15 160:3 48:8
They are allocated as needed - and are *kept*. So that it doesn't have
to keep reallocating. So the memory shown immediately after a boot is
not representative. You may just need more than 1MB - with ISDN that is
likely, if you are also running OSPF then almost definitely. You could save
some room if you disable any modules you are not using - like IPX, SNMP, etc.

Anything less that 50K free calls for a memory upgrade. It sounds like you
are cutting things close to start with.
