Hi,

For the router go with cisco. A cisco 3640 is
a very good device for starting even if you need
to run BGP. If you want high speed Internet access
T3 or more you must consider the cisco 7200 series.

For the dial-up the PM3's are fine. You connect them
together over a normal ethernet LAN. Use switches
as hubs can quickly generate too much collisions on
your ethernet if you run more PM3 on the same ethernet.
