I should be possible of your telco can provide E1 and you get a E1 model of
the PM and not the T1 version. You will need to check with sales as I do
not know if the E1 version can be purchased in North America.
You'll need to note that most telcos do not provide E1 connections in the
USA so I would not plan on one unless the telco can provide it.
