Dan,

We have nothing but CT1's and have no probs unless customer is on the other
side of a SLC. Check for errors, make sure you have the right kind of
trunks and the provisions for the CT1's are set correctly on both sides.
We tried 3.8.2 and it SUCKED. Nothing but retrains and renegociations. We
went back to 3.8 and haven't had many problems since. I'm waiting for the
next release...
