I looked through the archives, and found some good information, but didnt
work. We have a customer who has 2 USR modems
(usr external 56kvoice usb plugged into com1, 56kvoice internal pnp com2)
He connects but looking at his connection, his transmit speeds are ok @
26400, but his receive rate on both modems are 4800. We have playd with
the buffers all the way down and all the way up and still the identical
same speeds. He is running dun1.3, and doesnt have these problems dialing
into an ISP thats using Ascends. Any help to resolve this would be greaty
appreciated.
