(PM) recalled modems

maybe this was mentioned before but i never saw it.
the problem we are having is disconnects, occassionally no answer and
occassionally can't surf.
i have been on with techsupport numerous times and they logged into the
boxes and never found any setup errors.
however it seems to be a batch of modems that livingtson recalled. it turns
out we have 4 10port cards with those date codes on them. I am hoping that
helps eliminate these problems.
the date codes are 98xx and revision F for any others that may wish to check
their cards
