I'm working to try to resolve the issue that you've discovered. It
appears that the Portmaster fails to detect the S,Sbar sequence from
the Motorola modem and continues sending DIL, rather than moving on to
the next sequence in training. It happens with other brands of client
modems as well, unfortunately. I've purchased a Portmaster in order
to help resolve this problem and others that I might run across in the
future.
