(PM) PM4 Crashed.

I have a new Pm4 which has been up and running for over 40 days with
comOS 4.0.3. PM4 has 2 power supplies both fed from different APC1000 UPSs.

However, I popped into work this evening (Sunday) to begin a huge download
and found that there was nobody dialled into the system... strange.

Had PMVision open from Friday on the box - nothing showing there - PM
vision wasn't responding. I also had a tenet session open on the box,
it wasn;t responding either.

Hooked up a console to the C0 port - hit return several times... nothing.

I could ping the box, but other than that it was dead to the world.

I had to power cycle it to get it back.

Now I've had a PM2ER for a few years and no problems - went to the Lucent
Symposium in France last november and bought the PM4 based on the "Carrier
Class" reliability - So Lucent - is this a known thing? or how can I get it
fixed so it doesn't happen again?
