How many modem cards do you have and how many incoming lines?
Have you tried swapping the first and last modem cards?
Have you tried a 'show modem'? You can see what modems have taken calls and
which have not. You can then try to turn off the modems that have taken no
calls. and see if that helps. Also some times removing and waiting a few
seconds and then reinserting the modem cards can help if they were not
seated fully ot have come lose for some reason.
