Actually 1812 and 1813 are the correct ports as per the RFCs and IANA.
1645 and 1646 are legacy from the early implementations, and most existing
products still default to those. But I'd encourage those who can to
use 1812/1813. Most modern servers and clients allow the ports to be
configured.
