(PM) pm3 disconnects

Since Sunday the disconnects have been going through the roof. I've checked
checked with the telco and everything is fine I swapped out one of the PM3's
with an AS5200 and the problem went away. The PM3's have been working fine
(except for a marginally higher disconnect rate than the AS5200s) until now.
I'm running 3.8.2 on the PM3's does anyone have any thoughts on what could
be happening or how I could fix it I have rebooted the PM3's but it did not
help. This is happening with a wide variety of modems as well, not just one
brand. I have noticed that my upstream internet bandwidth supplier has been
having difficulty and is dropping packets is their any reason why the PM3's
would be more affected than the AS5200s.

This is what I see on a sho modem there is no normal disconnects on any of
the PM3's now.
Any thoughts.
