Actually, this PM3 is owned by a telco and located in the CO about 40
feet from the switch. The T1 is clean and the padding has been tweaked.
---------------------- line0 - T1 Inband DS0 ---------------

Status: UP Framing: D4 Encoding: AMI PCM: u-law

Signaling: Trunk E&M wink start

Receive Level: +2dB to -7.5dB

Alarms Violations
----------------------------- -----------------------------
Blue 0 Bipolar 0
Yellow 0 CRC Errors 0
Receive Carrier Loss 0 Multiframe Sync 0
Loss of Sync 0

The ComOS is currently a special build and has been running for 2 days
with nonoticable improvement. The telco wants to locate someone using
a PM3 on the same type of switch to maybe get the switch config from them
to see id there are any differences.
