(PM) Strohmberg switch help

I am looking for anyone using a PM3 off a Strohmberg DCO switch. We
are experiencing frequent disconnects and generally poor connections with
all versions of ComOS up to and past 3.8.2, including private builds. If
anyone can provide their telco's configuration (software version and the
settings used) it would be most helpful.
