I know this is not the place to ask this but. But we got a customer
with a CommWave 33.6 PCMCIA he can hook to our competitors ok
but when ever he call our PM3 he gets to verify name ad password
then his machine reboots this only happens when calling us
have tried replacing DUN and TCPIP also reinstalled Windows98
still same problem a reformat is not a option
this thing was working ok with us a week ago
the only thing that change here was that we added 2 more PRI
but he would not be using them not in his calling area
any Ideas
