The Portmaster is PM2e30

Few things people will need to try to help you:

Q >> What the user entry looks like in the user table?

Command> show user crc
Username: crc Type: Dial-in Network User
Address: 192.168.3.49 Netmask: 255.255.255.0

MTU: 1500 Async Map: 00000000
Command>

Q >> How are you authentication the user when you do not use the user table?

I m using RadiusNT with MSSql 6.5 as a backend data base.

Q >> What does the route table look like with out the user logged on and after the user logs on both ways?

the ipaddress shown below "192.168.3.49" is the user "crc" connected, authenticated by user table and facing a problem.
(No browsing, no ping , no telnet where continous CRC errors/sec with beep if enabled in NT 4.0 may be due to broadcasts on network.)

Other ipaddresses show other users running fine.

Command> show route
