We've got a MAX-TNT, MAX-4004, 2 PM-3's, and we demo-ed an AS5300. Our
second PM3 hasn't been up long enough for any real measurement, but so far
the PM3 has been our best performer in percentage of normal disconnects.
The AS5300 seemed to be a decent box, and came up and worked fine for our
testing. We try to work with our customer support to get back with customers
not disconnecting normally. They all have problems with modem code, and
versioning as far as I can tell. I did major troubleshooting on a customers
AS5300 to find that old modem code caused 2 modems from every card to have a
below 20% connect success, while the others had upwards of 90%. Modem Code
upgrades solved the problem (for now).
