Scott,

E Bit errors mean that the exchange detected a CRC error in a frame you
sent to it. This means that somewhere between the PM and the exchange there
is an error being introduced into the line on the PM's transmit path. Are
the OnRamps presented upon fibre or copper at your premises ? If via fibre
the culprit may be the cable between the PM and the NT-1. If on copper it
may be anywhere between you and the exchange. A particular cause can be
interference from other services have you added any other high speed
services recently (DDS, PAPL, OnRamp) ?
