First of all thank you for posting this sort of comparative information to
the list. It's very interesting for those of us who deal with only PM3's to
see some real stats from other vendors boxes (even if they are about to be
the same vendor).

I just felt I should point out that buried within the User-Request cause
there are a number of specific causes (which can be logged via Radius with
the VSA LE-Terminate-Detail or via syslog termination logging) some of
which are not good, namely User Request - Call Circuit Closed. This
basically corresponds with the Remote End Hung Up cause for Ascend. I'd
guess based upon my experience that it would be responsible for around 10%
of the 87% User Request causes.
