Once upon a time Peter Salvage shaped the electrons to say...
>If I do a winipcfg command from the Win '98 box I've used to dial in, it shows
>the default gateway as the ip address from the modem pool. Shouldn't that be t
>address of our border router? If so, how do I configure that? I have already

No, it should NOT be. That is correct as is. The GW for the PC is the PM.

>Secondly, I have set up the PM2E30 with a DNS entry and an in.addr-arpa entry as
>well. However, should I also give each of the modem pool IP's a DNS entry too?

It wouldn't hurt.

>have PMVision and there is a section, under Configure/Global to insert an IP
>address for "reported IP address".

That would change the IP address reported to the dial in clients.
