Are the numbers increasing when you do a !! ? If not, it's a glitch that
has passed. If so, they probably have something optioned wrong or in trouble,
call them and tell them that it's taking errors.
Unfortunately, Livingscent has no way to clear the counters short of
rebooting the box.
