(PM) PMVision not connecting

Apparently, I didn't correctly disconnect PMVision from my PM3 and now when
I try to connect it says connection refused. I am able to login via telnet.
Is there a way to reset that PMVision connection without rebooting the PM3?
I have rebooted my Win95, tried it from different computers, tried with
PMConsole, waited a couple of days and it's still the same.
