(PM) lost ports 0 -23 (fwd)

Once upon a time MACN admin shaped the electrons to say...
>why would on a remote reboot would we lose the ports 0 - 23?

I bet what happened is that the configuration on line0 wasn't saved since
it was set, and when you rebooted line0 went back to being a PTP T1 line.
Hence it lists as W0 now.

Reconfigure it for ISDN PRI.
