Do you have the breakout for the more specific termination
reasons, especially for the "User-Request" class? A lot of
unexpected or unexplained disconnects show up with the text
"User Request - Call Circuit Closed". (Of course, some of
those are for legitimate user-initiated terminations. But
not all of them.)
Here is a sample of my numbers:
