No, you believe incorrectly. Since the unit does not have any modems it
treats ALL incoming calls as ISDN. Your call is a Voice call on the ISDn
circuit, so the PM is answering it as if it were an ISDN DOSBS call.

The PM will not reject your analog calls since it cannot tell DOSBS from
a modem - they look exactly the same on the D channel.
