You do realize that with this setup you will never be able to accept an
incoming call at speeds higher than 33.6K, right? You could make an outbound
call into a digital server and get 56K downloads, but that's it.
In order to provide 56K dialin server an ISP *MUST* have a digital server.
That means you must use ISDN or CT1/CE1 lines to feed the modems - like on
a PM-3. You simply cannot use an external modem connected to a normal POTS
line to accept 56K modem calls - it can never work.
