(PM) IPIP on 3.9b8 Success!

In about 30 minutes, I upgraded to 3.9b8 and successfully configured an
ipip tunnel to my Cisco running IOS 12.0.3. The Lucent tunneling commands
are far more complicated than Ciscos, but they are really powerful. They
also roll policy based routing and encryption into the same set of
commands. It takes longer to setup the tunnel, but once you do, all routing
is already done. Very cool! The tunnel works beautifully and it doesn't
seem to impact performance at all. Good job Lucent!
