I've noticed this myself as well but I didn't know what to think of
it. I believe we were seeing something like 5-8ms on calls to USR-TC
boxes but closer to 15-20ms on PM3 - both local calls to the same CO.
As a matter of fact I can call an USR or Cisco box 3000 miles away and
still get better round trip timing than the PM3 2 miles away.
