No, think about it. It doesn't know the NAS-Port-Type until it answers
the call. A Voice call can be NAS-Port-Type = ISDN or NAS-Port-Type = Async
depending on if it is ISDN DOSBS or a modem.

NAS-Port-Type is not detrmined until AFTER accepting a call.
