(PM) Administrative user account.

Hello,
This is a bit urgent.

Could somebody please remind me
what are the exact records required
to set an "administrative-user" account
in radius?
I already have :

remote-admin Password = "xxxxxx"
Auth-Type = Local
Service-Type = Administrative-User

but it does not work. It connects the user as a framed user.
