(PM) pm3_3.8.3 on ftp.livingston.com ???

I thought the latest was 3.8.2, while there to grab a copy of 3.8.2 I saw
pm3_3.8.3 on the FTP site... as there has been no announcement I am
wondering what this is.

Any ideas?
