I'd settle for not logging it as "User Request" -- if they're going to
stick to the line that it's "not requested by the portmaster", why not
expand it to "Customer Dropped", to at least make it _clear_! :)

Negotiated_Drop (LAPM disconnect, PPP Term Request)
Remote_Drop (Call circuit closed)
Port_Error
Lost_Carrier (PM dropped it)

That seem workable? :)
